KIBC board members are responsible for supervising the council. The board also runs the activities alongside a group of active KIBC members and contacts in other Kuwaiti Organizations. Lastly, KIBC closely co-operates with the Indonesian Kuwaiti Business Council which was established and is currently operating in Jakarta, Indonesia.
